CarCharger.ie Launches EV Charge Online in Ireland

‘EV Charge Online’ enables each and every EV driver to simply pull up to a charge point and, using their mobile phone, tablet or in-car connectivity, login to the charge point and pay on the spot for its use.

EV Charge Online is not only beneficial for the EV driver, in so much as they only pay when they use the charge point, but also benefits the host. With EV Charge Online hosts will not have to pay any license fees and can have a charge point installed and operational quickly and easily, simply by providing an electricity supply, creating an instant revenue stream.

Which Charger for my home?

If you’re lucky enough to be one of the first 2,000 electric car owners, your charger will be installed free of charge by ESBI.  However, you may want to install a second charge point or invest in a portable plug & cable which is where we can help.  We supply and install charge units and cables to suit every electric car available in Ireland.

Our charging stations come in a variety of forms. Home charging points and leads, public slow-charging points for streets, carparks and public fast charging points.

For both home and public charging, it takes from 6 to 8 hours to bring a battery up to 80 percent but with the fast charging you can be fully charged and on the road between 6 and 10 minutes.
